Damages Policy: Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, including cleaning services, caused by deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit card with a damage and/or cleaning fee.
No-Party Policy: Hotel has a strict No Party policy like birthday parties or get-togethers on guest floors or in guest rooms.
Visitor's Policy: For the safety of our residents and per local guidelines, visitors are not permitted in guestrooms. Guests are requested to meet visitors at the lobby level only. All visitors arriving at the hotel and intending to stay overnight, must register with the Front Desk by submitting a valid government ID proof. An additional charge of INR 1500 + taxes per person will be applicable for an overnight stay, per night of stay. A penalty of INR 10,000 per apartment will be collected in case of violation of property rules and regulations. Rights of admission is reserved by the management.
