Citadines Eco-City Tianjin

CapitaLand Investment's The Ascott Limited has signed an agreement with Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, bringing the first Citadines-branded project in Tianjin—Citadines Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City (proposed name)—to the central hub of the Eco-City. Scheduled to open by the end of 2027, the property forms part of the Eco-City's Commercial Plot 43 mixed-use development, a commercial-office-hotel complex. It will offer around 140 guest rooms, including studios and suites in various configurations, to cater to diverse traveler needs. Ascott, which entered the Chinese market in 1998, counts Tianjin among its earliest markets in the country. This new hotel marks the debut of the Citadines brand in Tianjin and becomes Ascott’s sixth operational property in the city, following its existing portfolio that includes Ascott TEDA MSD Tianjin, Somerset International Building Tianjin, and other properties.
