Ascott Yuzui Nanjing is located in the core financial district of Hexi Yuzui in Nanjing, China. It is above the Yuzui Metro Station, which facilitates easy connection to the Nanjing Xinjiekou Central Business District. The Yuzui National Wetland Park is also in the vicinity. Ascott Yuzui Nanjing will be part of an integrated development that also comprises a commercial component. The 193-unit Ascott property will offer studio and one- to three-bedroom apartments. It has facilities such as a breakfast dining room, swimming pool, gymnasium, residents’ lounge, children’s playroom and meeting rooms. Ascott Yuzui Nanjing is the first Ascott-branded property and Ascott’s second property in the city.
