Ascott Vietnam marks a strong momentum with a series of high-potential and premium developments across Da Nang, Quy Nhon and Ho Chi Minh City, reinforcing the company’s continued focus on expanding its hybrid hospitality model to meet the growing demand from both short- and long-stay travellers. With these projects, Ascott records a total of eight signings in Vietnam in June 2026, further strengthening its presence across key destinations in the country. The milestone brings Ascott’s portfolio in Vietnam to 43 properties and more than 11,300 units across operational and pipeline developments. Located on Non Nuoc Beach, Somerset Non Nuoc Da Nang Resort will be situated along the Truong Sa – Vo Nguyen Giap coastal corridor, one of Da Nang’s best-known resort destinations.
