1. This voucher includes an experience package for two (2) persons and includes a Meet & Greet session with photo opportunity with Gianfranco Zola, Ascott x Chelsea Pre-Match Party with Gianfranco Zola Appearance, the Chelsea vs Everton watch party, Limited-Edition Chelsea FC x Ascott Co-Branded merchandise gift pack and 120,000 ASR points.
2. Please ensure all information provided during purchase, including your name and email address, is accurate to avoid unsuccessful transactions or delays in receiving your voucher and event experience instructions.
3. You are responsible for arranging your own travel (flights, trains etc.) and any accommodation.
4. A preferential room rate is available for purchase separately.
5. The Meet and Greet session and Ascott x Chelsea Pre-Match Party with Gianfranco Zola Appearance details are subject to change, and The Ascott Limited is not responsible for any rescheduling by the event organisers. If the event is rescheduled, The Ascott Limited will work with members to accommodate changes, but refunds will not be provided.
6. Ascott and Chelsea FC serves the right to offer a replacement experience in the event that any part of the experiences are unavailable to due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. The experience cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession, or applied to existing/confirmed reservations, existing leasing contract customers, reservations made on third-party sites, deposits for group bookings/meetings or catering functions.
8. Once purchased, the voucher(s) is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable for cash or other benefits and must not be resold to third parties. Any unauthorised resale or transfer will result in the experience being voided.
9. Ascott Star Rewards is not liable for the quality or delivery of services provided by participating properties. Any issues with your stay should be addressed directly with the property.
10. The Co-Branded merchandise gift pack includes a Game On | Stay On Tote Bag, Game On | Stay On Sports Bottle, Game On | Stay On Dri-Fit Towel, and an Ascott Cubby Football Edition Plushie.
11. In the event that any merchandise item is unavailable, Ascott and Chelsea FC reserve the right to substitute it with an item of similar value and quality, without prior notice.
12. By participating in this event, participants grant The Ascott Limited the right to use their names, photographs, and any event-related content for promotional and marketing purposes, without prior notice or additional compensation.
13. Ascott Star Rewards shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from or in connection with this event, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
14. Ascott Star Rewards reserves the right to modify or cancel this package at any time without prior notice.
15. Ascott Star Rewards shall not be responsible for requests received after the voucher expiry or for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify an Ascott staff as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, any strike, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Ascott.
16. Ascott Star Rewards reserves the right to amend the package at any time of the terms and conditions is/are violated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
17. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and other translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
18. By confirming your attendance for the experience, you acknowledge and accept the Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) programme and the above terms and conditions.
