Identity Verification Requirement
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations (Regulation 17), we kindly request that all guests present a valid physical ID or passport for identity verification upon entry.
Please note that other forms of identification, including work permit cards, foreign worker In-principle approval (IPA), driving licenses, and membership cards, will not be accepted.
Third Person Occupancy Charge
For any additional person, aged 12 years and above, sharing the existing bed or sleeps in the apartment, an additional occupancy charge of $20+ per night will be applied.
This charge covers the provision of extra amenities.
For guest that opts for an extra bed in the apartment, the charge will not be applied.
